Freedom within a framework

Your methodology, on every field, every week.

Season Arc turns your club's playing philosophy into a periodized season for every team: phases, weeks, and a session for each one, assembled from a curated drill library rather than written from scratch. Your framework sets the shape. Coaches keep the judgment that makes them coaches.

COACH APP
A phone in a coach's hand at the pitch. The session downloads before training and runs with no signal.
THE FRAMEWORK
Your principles shape every session Season Arc builds and every change a coach makes to one.
DIRECTOR VIEW
Your club's playing identity, visible in what teams are actually practising.
WHAT A COACH SEES

Open the app, run the session.

1
This week's session is already there
No browsing, no building. Warm-up, drills, finisher, timings, equipment, and the coaching points to say out loud.
2
Run mode carries the session
Large type on navy, one-handed, readable in the sun: a timer, what to say, what to watch for, and a swap when a drill isn't landing.
3
One line afterwards shapes next week
How it went is the only input we ask a coach for, and it's what the weeks ahead adjust to. Changes that move away from your methodology get a question, never a block.

THE IDEA

Freedom within a framework.

Your club decides how it plays: phases of play, the principles under each, and where you stand on them. That framework shapes every season Season Arc builds for every team, and every change a coach makes to one. You keep the playing identity; coaches keep their judgment.

Week 4
Foundation · doneDevelopmentPeak ahead
A season, in order
However long your season runs, it has a shape: what gets built first, what that makes possible later, and when the team should be at its best.
Every phase develops named principles
Not "week 4: passing." Each phase carries the principles it's there to develop, drawn from your framework, and every drill in it points back at one of them.
YOUR METHODOLOGY, ENCODED
Principles with a stance
Three answers per principle is the whole model. Required principles show up in every relevant week. Not-us never appears, however a coach asks.

WHEN A CHANGE MOVES AWAY
A question, never a wall
The coach hears what changed and why it matters, then decides. Keeping it is a legitimate answer, and asking you is one tap away.
HEADS UP
This edit drifts from how your club plays: there's no pressure in the setup.
DIRECTOR VIEW
Your playing identity, visible
Which principles the age group has practised this month, in plain counts. No percentages, no scores beside a coach's name. When you have something to say, you say it in the app.

Love the corner-goals adaptation. Exactly right for this group.
Volunteers who stay
A parent coach with a ready session and something to say on the field is a coach who signs up again next season.
A pipeline that holds
Players coached to the same principles from their first rec season arrive in your competitive program already speaking the language.
One place to change your mind
Move a principle into a different phase and the remaining weeks are re-checked across every team. Nothing for coaches to redo.
HOW IT WORKS

From your philosophy to Tuesday night.

1
FOUNDATION
You set the framework
We sit down with your curriculum and encode it: phases, principles, stance, and what each phase of the season should develop. Once, with us doing the typing.
2
DEVELOPMENT
Coaches get a season each
A coach answers a few questions about their team: age group, format, how long the season runs, where the players are. That produces a periodized season inside your framework, assembled from a curated drill library.
3
PEAK
The season adapts week to week
Coaches run sessions and say how they went, and the weeks ahead adjust to that. Across the club, your curriculum shows up as what teams actually practised.

Put your club on the list.

No commitment. We're opening Season Arc club by club, and we'd rather build the first seasons alongside a few clubs than sell to a hundred.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
1
A half-hour conversation
You walk us through how your club plays. We show you the coach app as it stands today.
2
We encode your principles, live
You pick your own principles and see the season it produces. That's the fastest way to tell whether this sounds like your club.
3
You decide where to start
One age group, one season. Nothing club-wide until it's working on the field.
Useful to have handy for that conversation: your curriculum or playing philosophy in whatever shape it exists today.
