Season ArcEarly access
For coaches

You'll know exactly what to do at practice.

Season Arc gives you a season for your team and a session for every week of it: what to set up, how long each part runs, and what to say while it's happening. You still coach it. You just don't have to plan it at 10pm the night before.

NO PLANNING
Open the app and this week's session is already there, built for your age group and level.
NO SIGNAL NEEDED
It downloads before you leave the house and runs at the far field with no bars.
STILL YOUR SESSION
Swap a drill, stretch one that's working, cut one that isn't. Nothing is locked.
WHAT YOU GET

A session you can walk onto the field with.

Not a list of drills to assemble yourself. A session with an order to it, sized to the players you have and the field you're on.

Warm-up, drills, finisher, with timings
You can see the whole hour at a glance before you get out of the car, and how long each part is meant to take.
The setup, and what you'll need
Cones, pinnies, goals, how much space, how to split the group. No improvising at the gate.
What to say while it's running
A couple of coaching points per drill in plain language, plus a question to ask the players instead of telling them the answer.
Why this drill, this week
Every activity says which playing principle it develops, so you know what you're actually looking for out there.
YOUR WEEK

Four small moments, and that's the week.

1
Glance at it beforehand
Two minutes on the couch is enough. If something won't work for your group, change it now.
2
Set up from the setup view
A diagram of the grid, where the cones go, how the groups split. Hand it to a parent helper if you have one.
3
Run it in run mode
Big type, one hand, readable in the sun. A timer per drill, what to say, what to watch for, and “Not working? Swap it” when a drill isn't landing.
4
Say how it went
A line on the walk back to the car: what landed, what didn't. That's the only thing we ask you to type, and it's what the weeks ahead adjust to.
MAKING IT YOURS

You're the coach. It's your practice.

Your club sets out how it wants players developed, and your sessions are built inside that. Everything else is yours: the drills you like, the way you talk to your group, what you do when half the team is at a birthday party.

CHANGE ANYTHING
Swap it, stretch it, cut it
Trade a drill for one that suits your group better, give the one that's working another five minutes, drop the finisher when you've run out of light. The session recalculates around you.

IF A CHANGE DRIFTS
A heads-up, not a red light
Now and then a change moves away from how your club plays. You'll get told why, and then it's your call: keep it, tweak it, or ask your director. Keeping it is a real answer.
HEADS UP
This edit drifts from how your club plays: there's no pressure in the setup.
YOUR DIRECTOR
Someone to ask, not someone marking you
Your director can see what the age group has been practising, and can send you a suggestion or tell you when something you did was good. There's no score on you anywhere, and nobody edits your plan but you.
DCYour director of coaching · endorsement
Love the corner-goals adaptation. Exactly right for this group.

Try shrinking the grid if they're rushing the 3v2. Same drill, more decisions.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Three steps once, one line a week.

Everything you ever have to fill in is on this page. Setting up a team takes about two minutes, and your answers carry over if you take on a second team.

Your season is built
Phases, weeks, and a session for each one, inside your club's framework.
You read it before it publishes
Open the arc, read any week, open any session and see the drills and coaching points. Change what you want, then publish it. If something looks wrong for your group, it doesn't get to Tuesday that way.
EVERY WEEK AFTER
nothing to plan
AOpen it
This week's session is waiting on the home screen, already downloaded.
BChange what you want
Swap a drill, reorder it, give one longer, cut one. A change that moves away from how your club plays gets a heads-up, never a block.
CRun it
Run mode times each drill and tells you what to say. Swap on the spot if something isn't working.
DSay how it went
One line. The only thing you ever type after setup.
That line is what the weeks ahead adjust to: the loop feeds itself, and you never open a planning screen. Any week of the season stays open to read and change, whenever you want to look ahead.

We're opening Season Arc club by club, so the sessions your coaches get are built on that club's own methodology. Leave your name and we'll tell you where things stand for you.
