Privacy policy

Season Arc is used by adults: coaches, and club staff such as a director of coaching. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Just as importantly: the product doesn't hold player rosters. A team in Season Arc is an age group, a playing format, and a schedule — not a list of children's names.

Your account. Your email address, used to send you a sign-in code and to tell your club's workspace who you are, plus the name you put on your coach profile.

Your club and coaching content. What you and your club put into the product: the club's coaching methodology, team setup (age group, format, session schedule), the seasons and sessions the product generates, the edits and swaps you make, your session reflections, and messages between coaches and the club's director.

Messages you send us. If you use the waitlist or support forms on this site, we get what you typed and the contact details you gave.

We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.

We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, in the app or on this site. Sign-in uses a session stored on your device (and a session cookie in the director portal) — the kind needed for the product to work, nothing more.

When Season Arc drafts a season, it sends your team's setup and your club's methodology to the AI model providers we use to produce the plan. That's coaching content — your account email isn't part of it. Under the API terms we use them on, these providers don't use your content to train their models.

Season Arc runs on a managed database and authentication platform hosted in the United States. Sign-in code emails are delivered by a transactional email service, and this website and its forms run on a managed hosting platform. Each of these providers processes data only to deliver their service to us — and we'll name them on request, through the support page.

We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us and we'll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. When you delete your account, your profile and personal identifiers go with it; content that is part of your club's shared record — like a season plan the team ran — may remain with the club, without your identity attached.
